Rapper and actor Jaden Smith launched a one day pop-up food truck in one of Los Angeles’ poorest communities , exemplifying what it means to use fame for the good of others.   The childhood star took to Instagram to share the details of his newest project, The I Love You Restaurant.  Smith describes the project as a “movement” that is about giving people healthy vegan food free of charge. The childhood star is one of many celebrities using their influence to advocate for an environmentally conscious and healthy plant based lifestyle.
